TORONTO (AP) The Toronto Raptors activated forward Robert Archibald from the injured list on Wednesday and placed forward Jerome Moiso on the list with a strained right hip flexor. Archibald missed eight games with a sore lower back. He is averaging 1.2 points and 1.7 rebounds in 27 games this season. Moiso averaged 2.9 points and 3.2 rebounds in 35 games.
