Brian Hill, the ex-coach of the ex-Vanouver Grizzlies and Orlando Magic, is back on an NBA bench - but not as a head coach. The Charlotte Hornets hired Brian Hill and his 14 years of NBA experience Monday to become an assistant to head coach Paul Silas. Hill has been doing television analysis for ESPN for the last 12 months, and is eager to return to the fold. "I’m thrilled about the opportunity to join this organization and work with Paul," Hill said in a team release. "I think my experience can help this team, which has a core of great young players that are eager to build upon the success of last season."
