Utah is still in the market for a shooting guard after Voshon Lenard was not waived by Portland and Tony Delk signed with Detroit.

"I just feel that, with everything out there, there wasn't anybody who played enough this season (to consider)," Kevin O'Connor, the Jazz's senior vice president of basketball operations, said. Among the others recently waived: Charles Smith, Rick Brunson (he subsequently signed with Houston), Penny Hardaway, Jon Barry, Jim Jackson and ex-Jazz swingman Bryon Russell.
