The Philadelphis 76ers extended qualifying offers to John Salmons, Willie Green and Shavlik Randolph, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. The team now maintains a right of first refusal on offers from other NBA teams.

When NBA free agency began at 12:01 this morning, Sixers forwards Michael Bradley and Matt Barnes became unrestricted free agents. Neither is expected back.

The Sixers seem intent on retaining Green and Randolph; it remains unclear whether their interest in Salmons is to keep him or use him in a sign-and-trade deal.
