Todd Fuller, a player known for being taken ahead of Kobe Bryant by the Golden State Warriors in the 1996 draft, signed with the South Dragons on Tuesday.

Mark Price, a teammate of Fuller's with the Warriors, will be the head coach of the club.

Fuller played for four clubs in five season in the NBA before playing in Europe.
