To complete what was already a deep, potent roster, Panathinaikos on Friday added Milos Vujanic, a former Euroleague scoring champion whose rights are owned by the Phoenix Suns.

Vujanic and the Green agreed to a succession of three one-year contracts. Injuries limited Vujanic to just four games played last season with Winterthur FC Barcelona. Before that, however, in two seasons each with Climamio Bologna and Partizan Belgrade, he was instant offense.

Vujanic won the 2002-03 regular season scoring title with 25.8 points per game for Partizan. Over the next two seasons in Bologna, he averaged 16.3 points, leading Climamio to the Euroleague title game in 2003-04. Injuries at the end of his 2004-05 in Bologna and last season in Barcelona have kept Vujanic off the floor for the better part of 18 months.

In addition to national club championships in Yugoslavia and Italy, Vujanic won a World Championships gold medal with Yugoslavia's national team in 2002.
