The Denver Nuggets have signed guard Courtney Alexander to the training camp roster, just before a scrimmage against Metro State.

Alexander was the 13th pick in the 2000 draft and has averaged nine points, two rebounds and one assist per game in 187 NBA games with Dallas, Washington and New Orleans.

Also Sunday, the Nuggets waived guards Larry Ayuso and Corey Williams, and forward Jefferson Sobral.
