Greg Anthony was honored Tuesday night by the school he led to the 1990 NCAA basketball championship.

UNLV retired Anthony's jersey No. 50 at halftime of its exhibition game against Dixie State College, paying tribute to the point guard that guided the Rebels to a 103-73 win over Duke in the national title game.

"I never looked at myself as one of the greats," said Anthony, who is currently an analyst for ESPN. "It's never been about me, it's about something that I was part of. Never in my wildest dreams did I dream about having my jersey retired."
