A $1 million civil lawsuit has been filed by an anonymous woman against Portland Trail Blazers forward Zach Randolph, claiming he sexually assaulted her.

The woman's suit claims Randolph's actions "constitute, by any definition, an extraordinary transgression of the bounds of socially tolerable conduct, and they also exceeded any reasonable limit of social toleration."

The Blazers said they could not comment because it was an ongoing legal matter.

The woman said Randolph assaulted her Aug. 11 in a hotel room after he offered her $500 to perform a sex show with another woman in the room.
