The Toronto Raptors announced today they have assigned rookie forward P.J. Tucker to the Colorado 14ers of the NBA Development League. Tucker will continue to be included on the Raptors’ roster and will remain on the team’s inactive list. Colorado, who is led by head coach Joe Wolf, has been designated as Toronto’s D-League affiliate for the 2006-07 season.
