The Cleveland Cavaliers waived guard Hassan Adams and forward Darius Rice, General Manager Danny Ferry announced today.

Adams played in three preseason games for the Cavs, averaging 2.7 ppg, 0.7 rpg and 0.3 apg in 6.3 mpg. Rice appeared in three games and averaged 1.7 ppg and 2.3 rpg in 7.3 minutes.
