Gibson Hits Record 11 Threes In Sophomore Win

Cavaliers' guard Daniel Gibson was cheered on by teammate LeBron James for every one of the eleven three pointers he made on Friday night, giving Gibson 33 points, the MVP trophy, and the Sophomores a 136-109 win over the Rookies.

Gibson's 11 threes surpassed the previous record of seven, held by Jazz guard Kyle Korver.

Memphis guard Rudy Gay finished with 22 points on 9 for 12 shooting while Kevin Durant led the rookies with 23 points and 8 rebounds. [READ]
