Kidd To Dallas Imminent, Again?

According to Marc Stein from ESPN, Jason Kidd may be back on his way to Dallas after all.

Stein was the guy who has repeatedly broken stories before most others, and he is reporting that the Nets and Mavericks have reached a tentative agreement featuring two major changes to keep the deal alive. The scenario will be submitted to the league on Monday.

According to Stein, Trenton Hassell and a SAT Keith Van Horn will leave Dallas for New Jersey, replacing Devean George, who vetoed the first proposal, and Jerry Stackhouse, whose mouth also put the first deal in jeopardy.

The complete trade, if approved by the league, would see New Jersey receiving Devin Harris, DeSagana Diop, Maurice Ager, Hassell, Van Horn, two first-round draft picks, and $3 million in cash for Kidd and Malik Allen. [READ]
