Brent Barry, who was just acquired by the Sonics from San Antonio in a trade involving Kurt Thomas on Wednesday, may have a short stay in Seattle.

According to the Arizona Republic, Phoenix is looking at ways to try to land the three point specialist, with a source saying that Seattle would need to buy out Barry's $5.5 million contract in order for him to become a Sun.
