Sonics' Swift Set To Have Another Knee Surgery

The Sonics will be without Robert Swift for the remainder of the season with the young big man set to undergo another knee operation, the Associated Press is reporting.

Swift missed the entire season last year while recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee and will now undergo surgery March 4 to repair a torn lateral meniscus in the same knee.

"Robert is an important part of the Sonics, and we will continue to support him throughout this rehabilitation process," GM Sam Presti said last week. [READ]
