The Lakers will be without Pau Gasol for the rest of their current road trip due to a sprained ankle, according to ESPN.com.

He sprained the ankle against the Hornets on Friday night after stepping on the foot of teammate Vladimir Radmanovic.

Los Angeles ends their road swing against the Utah Jazz on March 20, and currently lead the Pacific Division.

X-rays on the ankle were negative and Gasol will be re-evaluated within the next few days.
