Ilgauskas returned to the starting lineup for the Cavaliers against Charlotte on Sunday after missing the last seven games with an inflamed disk in his lower back, the Associated Press is reporting.

Ilgauskas finished with 16 points and nine rebounds, with Cleveland winning 98-91.
