Mike Dunleavy dropped a career-high 36 points on the New York Knicks for the second time this season, leading the Indiana Pacers to a win at home on Monday night. Ben Gordon had 31 points for the Bulls, while Drew Gooden posted 23 points and 12 rebounds in the loss. The win moved the Hornets to within one game of the West-leading Houston Rockets. Al Jefferson led with 21 points and 14 rebounds and Rashad McCants added 16 points off the bench for the Wolves, who outrebounded the Clippers by six and held them to just 39% shooting from the field. Corey Maggette exploded for 34 points and Josh Powell notched a double-double for Los Angeles, who turned the ball over only six times. The game was tight throughout, until Minnesota began to pull away in the fourth quarter. Tim Duncan attempted just eight field goals for 10 points as Garnett and Kendrick Perkins did a good job of keeping him from getting involved. Jose Calderon posted 16 points and 7 assists and Rasho Nesterovic added 13 points and 12 rebounds for the Raptors, who shot just 40% from the field and turned the ball over seventeen times. Toronto has now lost five in a row and nine of their last eleven, but they still hold down the fifth seed in the East.
