Portland's Roy Won't Shut It Down

Brandon Roy left the Blazers' game against the Wizards on Tuesday night with a groin injury but won't shut it down for the season, according to HoopsWorld.

"I think I'm at least a full week, maybe two weeks away from playing, just from the way it's playing now. It's really stiff," Roy told the Vancouver Columbian.

"But, I think I owe it to my team and the fans to try to get to .500 (record)," he added.

The Blazers (38-34) are six games out of the eighth seed in the Western Conference with ten games remaining. [READ]
