Madison Square Garden Rejects Penn Station

According to a report by the Associated Press, Madison Square Garden has backed out of a $14 billion plan to move into a landmark post office building that would have become part of a new Penn Station.

The sports arena has instead decided to renovate its existing location rather than move, according to Garden spokesman Barry Watkins. [READ]
