Andrew Perna/RealGM - The Denver Nuggets won an extremely hard-fought battle with the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night, thanks to huge performances from Allen Iverson and Carmelo Anthony. The victory allowed the Nuggets to leapfrog the Warriors (who lost) for the eighth and final spot in the West for the time being. Peja Stojakovic canned a key three-pointer to help the New Orleans Hornets beat the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night. Chris Paul had 19 points and 12 assists, and David West added 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Hornets, who outrebounded Orlando by twenty-one and attempted twelve more free throws at Amway Arena. Hedo Turkoglu tallied 26 points, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds while Dwight Howard posted 17 points and 15 boards for the Magic, who hit 50% of their shots but couldnt keep New Orleans off the glass.
