Miami's Alexander Johnson will miss the team's game against the Pistons on Sunday after suffering a concussion, according to the Associated Press.

He was injured on Friday night when he was accidentally elbowed in the temple by teammate Mark Blount. He was conscious but needed help to make it back to the locker room.
