Cassell Wants To Play For Celtics Next Season

Sam Cassell wants to play for the Celtics against next season as long as the current coaching staff remains in town, according to a report in the Boston Globe.

"I am going to play next year, right here," Cassell said. "As long as Doc is running this ship, I ain't going nowhere."

"If they [the Celtics] can find a better backup point guard than me, I'd like to see it," Cassell dared. [READ]
