Nuggets Collect First 50-Win Season Since 1988

The Denver Nuggets beat the Memphis Grizzlies 120-111 in Denver last night to record their first 50 win season in 20 years, the Associated Press is reporting.

Carmelo Anthony received cheers from the home crowd in his first game since his drunken driving charge.

"It was good. I was just happy to be playing my last game of the regular season here on the home court rather than being on the road," Anthony said. "The only thing I'm focusing on right now is the playoffs. I'm not really worrying about anything else. I'm putting everything behind me." [READ]
