Shaquille O'Neal considers the art of "flopping" an unmanly act, according to the Express-News.

The topic has become a hot one as of late, with Spurs' forward Kurt Thomas fighting in the paint with O'Neal.

"Oh, yeah," Mike D'Antoni said of Thomas. "He's a great big flopper."

"Raja (Bell) is a flopper," D'Antoni added. "Dirk (Nowitzki) is a flopper. That's gamesmanship, and Kurt does a great job. Raja does a great job. You love them when you're with them, and you hate them when they're against you."

In Game One Thomas drew three charges: one on O'Neal and two on Amare Stoudemire.

"My main objective is just keep my body between him and the basket. But he's so strong, such a wide body," Thomas said of Shaq. "It does make it very difficult. We were very fortunate he got in foul trouble early in the game. Hopefully, it will happen again."
