Raptors Say No For Garbajosa To Play In Olympics

After the debacle which resulted in forward Jorge Garbajosa playing in the European Championships last summer, the Raptors are not going to make the same mistake again.

According to the Toronto Star, Bryan Colangelo made it clear that the Raptors will go to all lengths to ensure that Garbajosa's 2008-09 campaign will not be compromised.

"I think it's a safe assumption that he will not be playing in the Olympics as long as he's under contract to us," Colangelo said. [READ]
