Kevin Durant, the NBA's 2008 Rookie of the Year, will represent the Sonics at the Draft Lottery later this month, according to the Seattle News-Tribune.
The Lottery will be held on May 20 in Secaucus, New Jersey.
Seattle has a 19.9% chance of getting the top pick in this June's Draft after finishing with the league's second-worst record. [READ]
