Paul Says Bryant Is Deserving Of MVP

Chris Paul, who finished a close second to Kobe Bryant in the NBA's MVP voting, said on Tuesday that the Lakers' guard is more than deserving of the award, according to The Times-Picayune.

"It's a great honor," Paul said. "He deserves it. He had an outstanding year."

"It's all about winning," Paul added. "The reason I was being mentioned was because our team was doing well. So as long as our team is doing well year in and year out, I'm satisfied with that." [READ]
