Dan Majerle, a former player for both the Heat and Suns, reportedly wants an assistant coaching job with Phoenix, according to The Miami Herald.

He currently works as a TV analyst for the Suns and is rumored to have met with General Manager Steve Kerr about a place on the bench.

Majerle spent his first seven NBA seasons with the Suns.
