Detroit point guard Chauncey Billups will play in Game One of the Eastern Conference Finals, according to The Associated Press.

Coach Flip Saunders said that Billups looked good during practice on Thursday and that he could have played if the team hadn't eliminated Orlando earlier in the week.

The Pistons will begin the Conference Finals on either Sunday, or Tuesday should the Cavaliers force a Game Seven against the Celtics.
