Manu Ginobili appears to be recovering well from an ankle injury on Thursday as Argentina defeated Angola 112-86 in a warm-up contest, according to The International Herald Tribune.

"I'm doing much better than I thought I would be now," Ginobili said after the match.

Argentina will attempt to defend the gold medal they won four years ago in Athens.

"The evolution has been good, and I am much more tranquil now in the face of what comes next," Ginobili said.
