Portland GM Kevin Pritchard said on Wednesday that the team will not sign free agent point guard Shaun Livingston, according to Oregonian.

The Blazers, in addition to the Heat, were rumored to be interested in Livingston's services.

Instead, Portland will sign former 76ers' forward Shavlik Randolph to a non-guaranteed contract.
