The New York Daily News has obtained a copy of the incident report about the 911 call to Isiah Thomas' home last week.

The report has revealed that Thomas was not breathing when police found him on his kitchen floor.

Harrison police administered oxygen to Thomas until an ambulance crew arrived. He was taken to White Plains Hospital Center for further medical attention.
