Cavaliers' center Zydrunas Ilgauskas will sit out Friday's game against the Bulls with a sore left ankle.

Ilgauskas has been bothered by pain and stiffness since spraining his ankle on Dec. 10 against Philadelphia -- he has missed three games with the injury.

Anderson Varejao will replace Ilgauskas in the starting lineup of the Cavs.
