Oklahoma City Thunder guard Desmond Mason underwent successful arthroscopic surgery today to remove debris from his right knee that was caused by a hyper extension injury.

Mason hyper extended his right knee in the third quarter of Oklahoma City’s January 28 contest against Memphis. Team physician Carlan Yates performed the surgery this morning. Mason is expected to make a full recovery.
