Wizards forward Caron Butler hopes to return from a hamstring injury on Friday night against the Spurs.

Butler had an MRI on Tuesday that revealed some inflammation in the hamstring, and admitted that the pain started last Friday against the Bulls.

"I felt a little tightness. I was feeling a crazy sensation down my leg. They told me to sit it until it gets better," Butler said.
