Nate McMillan was asked if the Blazers have met his expectations so far this season and how they've grown.

"I see us continuing to go in the right direction with this young group," said McMillan. "When I first came here the plan was to transform this team and give Portland a team they could be proud of. We want the team to have a chance to win and one day give us the opportunity to win a Championship. I see us going in that direction with the young, talented players we have acquired in our draft picks. We have a lot of potential, and now it is a matter of us to continue growing. We will have to be patient with this group, and continue to add to it and we have put ourselves in a position to do so."
