As the regular season winds down, it appears more and more likely that Gilbert Arenas and Brendan Haywood will miss the entire season.

The Wizards have 18 games left on their schedule, and the team hasn't given any indication that either player is close to returning.

"I don't think he's coming back," one player said said of Arenas. "I just don't see it."
