There is reportedly a conduct clause in the contract of Nets forward Sean Williams, which he may have violated with his recent arrest.

Williams faces charges of felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor disorderly conduct after an incident at a cell phone store on Tuesday.

If Williams did violate the terms of the conduct clause, the Nets could void his deal without having to worry about paying him next season.
