In a radio interview on Friday, Donnie Walsh seemed upbeat about the recovery of Danilo Gallinari after back surgery on a bulging disc.

Reportedly, the doctors found what they expected and were able to perform a procedure to eliminate the nerve pain that hampered Gallinari in his rookie season.
