The father of a child that was bumped by Celtics big man Glen "Big Baby" Davis during his celebration of Sunday's game-winning shot is looking for an apology.

Ernest Provetti told the Orlando Sentinel that he wrote a letter to the NBA office demanding an apology from Davis for acting like a "raging animal with no regard for fans' personal safety."

Video replays show that Davis ducked behind a referee and went out of bounds after the shot. Provetti says that it was his son, Nicholas, whose hat fell off when Davis bumped him.

"In the scheme of things, I still think he shouldn't have went on the sideline, but obviously nothing is going to come of it," Provetti told the Sentinel. "And it's better to forget about it and not incite it anymore."
