The NBA's Competition Committee met last week and discussed whether or not Rajon Rondo's hard foul across the face of Brad Miller was flagrant.

The foul occurred in the first round series between Chicago and Boston, which went seven games.

The league reviewed the foul the next day and decided that it didn't warrant a flagrant foul.

"The Rondo play was the one that was discussed the most," said Celtics president Danny Ainge, who attended the meeting. "Half thought it was a flagrant, half thought it wasn't."
