The NBA will not fine or suspend Magic guard Mickael Pietrus for flagrantly fouling Pau Gasol in Thursday night's Game 4.

A video review of the play was automatic because Pietrus was whistled for a flagrant on the play, where he pushed Gasol in the final seconds of overtime.

Both players were whistled for technical fouls after the play.
