Contrary to an earlier report, Hedo Turkoglu has rejected the Blazers' offer and ended talks.

ESPN reported that the free-agent forward and Portland had reached an agreement on a contract worth roughly $50 million over five years.

The Oregonian later reported that no deal was in place and the two sides had broken off negotiations.
