Restricted free agent Paul Millsap is still waiting for a contract offer from the Jazz.

Because of his restricted status, Millsap may have to wait until a majority of the unrestricted free agents are off the market for interest to pick up.

Team are likely worried about signing Millsap to an offer sheet, which the Jazz would have ten days to match, because it would tie their money up while other players come off the market.
