Josh Childress is returning to Olympiakos for the 2009-10 season.

Childress told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he has decided not to opt out of his contract with the Greek club.

"I still have some unfinished business to tend to," Childress said by phone. "I definitely have unfinished business in Greece."

The deadline for the forward's decision was Wednesday. As a restricted free agent, Childress and his representatives spent the last two weeks talking with the Hawks and a number of other NBA teams.

"At the end of the day it's a business," Childress said. "I was in basically the same situation last summer. Again, it's a business and you have to treat it as such."
