Anderson Varejao isn't worried about how his role will change with Shaquille O'Neal in Cleveland.

Instead, Varejao is focused on the possibility of winning a championship.

"I think it's very important for us," Varejao told ESPN of the O'Neal acquisition. "Every team he's been on has won championships or has been in a good position to do so."

The young center is also hoping to learn from the future Hall of Famer.

"There's a lot I can learn from him," Varejao added. "It's all the same to me as far as the minutes go. That's Mike Brown's decision. But to me the team matters the most."
