Bulls forward Tyrus Thomas wishes people would get over the fact that Ben Gordon is no longer with the team.

"Everybody keeps saying 'Making up Ben's points,' " Thomas told the Chicago Sun-Times. "Ben's no longer a part of this team, so they're not Ben's points.

"I mean, we've got to do what we've got to do to win. We're not looking at it as making up for Ben because Ben is gone. Ben hasn't been here for training camp and he's not gonna be here this season, so we're not looking at it like that."

Gordon signed a long-term deal with the Pistons as a free agent this summer. He averaged 20.7 points per game for Chicago last season.
