Spurs guard Manu Ginobili didn't just help the team improve to 2-1 with a win over the Kings, he provided some animal control as well.

In the first quarter of San Antonio's 113-94 win over Sacramento, Ginobili swatted down a loose bat and then quickly snatched it up. The bat delayed the game for a few moments at the AT&T Center.

"That was amazing," teammate Tony Parker said. "The legend continues with Manu. Unbelievable. ... He's always doing crazy stuff."

As if the scene wasn't strange enough, it took place on Halloween night.

"When you can't dunk anymore, you have to find a way to make it into the news," Ginobili said. "So that's what I did. I grabbed a bat. I didn't think it was a big deal."
