Sources tell Chris Sheridan of ESPN.com that the Boston Celtics are no longer appearing like a strong suitor for Damon Stoudamire.
Stoudamire hopes to sign with a club after he clears waivers at 6:00 PM EST on Wednesday.
The Raptors, Spurs and Suns are the interested teams, according to sources who spoke with Sheridan.

The Celtics hammered the Heat from start to end in Miami on Tuesday night with the mysery finally coming to an end for the struggling Heat in the form of a 117-87 thrashing.
Heat Coach Pat Riley ended his postgame news conference questioning whether the team has the motivation to finish the season with competitive effort, according to the Miami Herald.
"I'm embarrassed," Riley said. "That was a very poor display. We were overwhelmed from the get-go. It wasn't even 10 minutes into the game. We just didn't bring it."

NBA.com has reported that Celtics' forward Kevin Garnett will miss the team's game against the Heat on Tuesday night.
He also missed Boston's loss to Orlando on Sunday because of a strained abdominal muscle.
"He always wants to play which is good," Rivers told the Associated Press. "But he understands it's the right thing for the team."
